No Returns & All Sales Are Final
At MORAELLE, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. This policy helps ensure product integrity and guarantees that every item you receive is brand new, unused, and in its original condition.
Exceptions β Damaged or Defective Items
Although we maintain a no-returns policy, customer satisfaction remains important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund (if approved), the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
Damaged or Defective Items β How to File a Claim

Chargebacks & Disputes
Our team is here to help and resolve any issues promptly and fairly. We strongly encourage customers to contact MORAELLE directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may delay resolution and could be considered a misuse of our policies. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out β we are happy to assist.
Eligible Order Cancellations
Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order for the following valid reasons:

Customer error in order details (e.g., wrong size or color)

Duplicate orders (only if the order has not yet shipped)
To request a cancellation, please contact support@moraelle.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Requests received after this timeframe cannot be processed.
Invalid Cancellation Requests
The following cancellation requests will not be accepted:

Change of mind or no longer wanting the item

Convenience-based or impulse cancellations

Orders that have already shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation Fee
A 5% cancellation fee applies to all approved cancellations.
This fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5β7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the cancellation fee.
